Less is more - Pastels


This is my entry for the http://simplylessismoore.blogspot.com challenge. I got out my cuttlebug folders and chalks for this one. I used a combination of the pencils and block chalks and a Q tip. Just a small flat back pearl to highlight the centre. Hope it fits the challenge.

  1. Crikey Sandra, you were quick off the mark!
    Chalks are quite difficult to use I find, if you want to get evenness of shading. Care needs to be taken to ensure that areas are sympathetically coloured. This certainly is a pastel card.

  10. Beautiful card! I love the embossing and chalks together. I still don't have any chalks but they're on top of my wishlist so it's great to see them used and be inspired.

  24. lovely card. Ihave lost all my chalks as they got destroyed when i was moving stuff into my new craft room. Still wish i had them for this challenge though
