Morning from a very thick misty Loire Valley. This is the second day its been thick mist, yesterday it hung around all day, it does make me feel depressed, and also this week my lovely Laptop has died on me. Switched it on middle of the week and just got a black screen, I've tried everything with it to no avail, now waiting to see if my computer whizz son can find me a Dell windows 7 recovery disc. On a brighter note our bed of chrysanths in the garden is looking gorgeous, we must have about 150 plants almost all in bloom. The French buy pots of them this weekend to plant in the graveyards in memory of lost loved ones. Its "All Saints Day" on Tuesday, we wonder if they think we have many lost souls wandering.
My card this week was fairly simple, I could not get motivated first thing but after a trip to the supermarket I came back and had a rummage in my bit box and found this dark blue A6 card with an arched aperature window, found a piece of dark blue star paper and added a "Make a Wish". Die cutout.
Happy Halloween everyone and "Thank you" for your lovely messages on my cards last week.
It's a beautiful bright and sunny morning here in Hampshire Sandra, I hope it brightens up soon for you!

ReplyDeleteOoh, how lovely to read about my favourite location - my best friend lives in the Loire Valley and I was there in July/August - such a beautiful region! Lovely work x
ReplyDeleteLovely card. What's the saying about looking through a window? One saw mud, the other saw stars, something like that - looking on the bright side:)
