Less is More Challenge - Week 14 - White on White

Good Morning from a very peacful and quiet corner of the Loire. Our neighbours are having a small lake dug out in their newly acquire plot of land, and we've had a very large digger working all week but today its "tranquil".

Well "white on white" very different and I hope I've done it O.K. I used an A6 linen card turned on its side, two pieces of voile white ribbon to give it a bit of depth and a narrow piece of white grossgrain on top. The butterfly is a Marianne die and I cut one and a half just to give the top half a little more interest. Added 3 white pearls and a "get well soon" die cut.

Must away to hold a ladder as my OH has decided to paint the end of our house and its very tall indeed.

    Really beautiful card Sandra. I am also helping with DIY today, holding things while my hubby does things to the pool filter insides... and its Vent d'Autan 45 kh here in Thil at the moment! Hope the weather is better in the Loire

    Beautiful butterflies....great idea to put the words in white and love your adorable easel with the fasteners...may have to copy that one.

    The Marianne Dies are all so beautiful and cut so cleanly. I have a couple of the bird ones but not this butterfly. A really gorgeous creation:-)
